Christmas bird. They got their name because they were found on Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean. Local people call this bird “pirate” because they specialize in stealing food from other birds. Usually, this bird lives in pairs, and the males have a characteristic red sac-like throat.

Potoo Bird. The potoo bird, scientific name Nyctibius grandis is an interesting bird. Accordingly, this strange and adorable wide-eyed bird is unlike any other bird in appearance and personality. The ancient condor (scientific name: Andean Condor) is one of the world’s most carnivorous birds.
