The internet is completely obsessed with cats that look like baby yoda
The internet isn’t slowing down with the Baby Yoda stuff anytime soon. And honestly? That’s okay with me.
Look, I can admit that I have never seen a Star Wars movie. But you can bet that anything related to Baby Yoda that pops up in my feed, it immediately catches my attention. There’s just something so gosh-darn cute about that little guy. I can’t get enough.
And, in case you haven’t heard, the latest and greatest part of #BabyYodaFever involves cats. The cats are very Yoda-y, you might even say.
It all started with a Twitter post from user Bella Meza whose boyfriend said her cat, Parmesan, bore a striking resemblance to *The Mandalorian* cutie.
It’s not hard to spot. Hidden behind a perfectly placed brown scarf and with his ears pointing outward, Parmesan could very well be Baby Yoda’s doppelganger.
Of course, the hilarious photo went viral and has since inspired other users to share their own Yoda-like cats.
Here we have another furry Baby Yoda look alike.
The ears are flat, satellite; eyes are like globes. Yup, this is Baby Yoda okay. The only question is, what is it doing in the bathtub?
This cute little girl is also hiding her Yoda side.
I think the key to looking like Baby Yoda is to cover half of your face. It seems to be doing the trick for all these Twitter cats.

Honestly, I think this cat is doing both of us a favor and I applaud it for passing through the fandom so easily.
Also, side note: I have never seen such a defeated looking cat in my life. That’s the price of fame, I guess.
This particular cat doesn’t look too excited about its sci-fi appearance either.
They didn’t choose the Baby Yoda life; Baby Yoda’s life chose them. Now they just have to endure their newfound celebrity status and accept the fact that they also look like little Mandalorian characters.
Oh, and if you didn’t know, there’s actually an adopted cat that people believe bears a striking resemblance to Baby Yoda.

The North Carolina rescue cat was found in Kannapolis as an injured stray and was treated for deep neck wounds, respiratory infections and intestinal parasites.
According to Good Morning America, the staff at Cabarrus Animal Hospital were so stunned by this sweet kitten’s resemblance to Baby Yoda that they even took a look at a Facebook page, Baby Yoda Cat, to honor her. And her posts continue to go viral.
Although she doesn’t have an official name yet, she has been lovingly referred to by veterinarians as “Yoda the cat.”

She remained at the vet for treatment of her injuries and illnesses, but the staff reported that people from all over the country had offered to make the trip to North Carolina, just to bring the cat This adorable Yoda comes home to them.
Hopefully, she will be able to find her furry home soon!
