As part of the 6th world tour in Taylor Swift’s career, since its start in March 2023, The Eras Tour has “caused a fever” in North and South America, Asia and to date set the record for the highest-grossing tour in history.
This is the first tour in the world to sell more than $1 billion in tickets and is on track to more than double that number by the time it ends in Vancouver (Canada) next December.
According to Taylor Swift’s press representative, the female singer will have 4 shows at La Defense Arena in Paris.
On the first night alone, 45,387 people came to enjoy the music.
After France, the stops of this tour in Europe are Sweden, Portugal, Spain, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria.
The European tour is also Taylor Swift’s first return to tour since she released the album The Tortured Poets Department.
The new album sold 1.4 million copies on its first day of release, breaking all existing streaming records by reaching 1 billion streams on Spotify within 5 days.
The fact that Taylor Swift recounted all her love stories in the album’s songs made her top the global search list.
Fans have “exhaustedly” researched The Tortured Poets Department to get an idea of the female singer’s love life.
