“The ghost” was discovered watching Taylor Swift’s 3-hour concert from above at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in late May.
Some Swifties (Taylor Swift fans) spread theories and jokes about ghostly appearances on social networks after a video appeared on TikTok earlier this week.
“I think it’s Travis Kelce”, one person wrote on X about the singer’s boyfriend. “Literally, it’s just Travis,” the second person agreed.
However, others believe that the shadow belongs to Joe Alwyn, whom Taylor Swift dated for 6 years until breaking up in early 2023.
“Joe Alwyn hiding in the rafters,” one fan joked. “Joe Alwyn what are you doing there”, another fan asked and a netizen added: “Definitely one of her exes”.
Actor Joe Alwyn (33 years old) had feelings for Taylor Swift before she began a serious relationship with Travis Kelce – Kansas City Chiefs football team player late last summer.
Another supporter thinks the shadow could be Swift’s nemesis Scooter Braun, who bought the original copy of her music catalog in 2019, forcing the singer to re-release six albums his first version titled “Taylor’s Version”.
“I see Scooter still harassing her”, the fan commented.
Other fun guesses include whether the ghost could be Slender Man, Spider-Man, Batman or just an “alien having a good time”.
“Ghosts dancing on the rooftop,” someone interjected, quoting lyrics from Taylor Swift’s song loml .
“I wouldn’t be surprised if this was Kanye”, a social network user joked about the singer’s other “enemy” – Kanye West.
“Simple people don’t have to pay for tickets,” another person quipped about Swift’s expensive concerts.
While many fans were amazed by this “scary ghost”, others thought that the shadow could be someone who worked at the stadium.
“‘The mysterious character is just a person,” wrote user X. “Actually a security officer, I was near this area and saw him standing there, checking on us all the time,” another witness confirmed.
“Probably the technical people, the tech in charge of the lights and stuff,” another person wrote.
Taylor Swift has been traveling around the world on her blockbuster tour The Eras Tour since May 2023. She will continue to perform at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland on June 7, 8, and 9.
