According to Evening Standard, Chile held a military parade on September 19 on the occasion of 208 years of National Day. One of the brightest “stars” of the above parade is…the golden retriever puppies. A series of photos and videos of them at the parade are being widely shared on social networking sites.
It is known that these dogs belong to the Police Dog Unit of the Chilean National Police (Carabineros de Chile) and will become police dogs when they grow up.

At the parade, they were carried in the arms of female police officers. Followed by adult golden retrievers.
Carabineros de Chile also shared a series of photos of golden-haired dogs participating in the parade, held at Bernardo O’Higgins National Park in the capital Santiago with the participation of more than 9,500 soldiers, through the social network Facebook .
This year’s Chilean military parade attracted millions of views and is an annual event held for more than 50 years.
This is not the first time police dogs have participated in military parades in Chile. According to Standard (UK), they appeared at the parade for the first time in 2008.
