Oscar the otter is too little to be by himself in the wild. So when he walks up to a family on the beach, they know exactly what to do: call a rescuer! There’s only one problem… baby otters need to be with other babies when they’re learning how to go back to the wild. Looks like Oscar needs to find a friend!
